The  time  period  allocated for  upgrading  MySQL was very  tight:  the  project  had  to  be  completed  by  the beginning of July 2005 at the latest. “We recognized the chance to apply pressure to act within the company, due
to the specified go-live deadline. That really helped us focus and drive activities within our organization more quickly,” says Anil. the project was ready to start at the beginning of 2005. With constant support from Alpha Synopsys   consultants,   the   six   member   team   from Industry Eye carefully design, develop and upgrade. The team investigated possible alternative scenarios, defined milestones, and designed logs and procedures for test scenarios.  Alpha’s  project  team  quickly  learned  to appreciate additional advantages offered by the Project Manager.
